Five queen bedrooms, three full bathrooms, two living areas, a converted-garage game room, and a back patio with a handmade cedar hot tub. Mid-century interior design throughout by production designer Tyler Evans, with curated art and vintage travel posters in every room.
Exterior and front yard. Yellow door, fenced corner-lot front yard, carport, and two-car driveway. Free street parking around the house.
Kitchen and main floor living. Open-concept layout with the kitchen, living area, and dining table for 8 to 10 all connected. Nespresso, Keurig, fully stocked utensils, chrome diner stools at the counter, vintage travel posters on the walls.
Bedrooms. Five queen rooms across two floors on Nectar mattresses. Three on the main floor (one ensuite), two downstairs. Each room has its own design treatment and curated art.
Bathrooms. Three full bathrooms, each with a shower and tub. Stocked with starter toiletries and linens.
Lower level living and movie room. Second living area with a large convertible sofa and smart TV. Two air mattresses and extra bedding in the downstairs closet for larger groups.
Game room. Converted garage with its own heating and cooling. Pool table, Pop-A-Shot, darts, vintage Pepsi vending machine, retro diner booth, string lights, Nintendo Switch and Wii.
Back patio and hot tub. Handmade cedarwood soaking hot tub that seats 8, propane BBQ grill under the carport, lounge furniture, and cornhole boards.
Pool table and Pop A Shot basketball game (guaranteed to have high score competitions if you stay).
